Where can I receive my orders?

We ship to all destinations in Spain. We do not ship to PO boxes.

Your orders will be sent to the address indicated at the time of placing your order, so it is important that you pay attention when filling out this information. Remember that once you have registered, in the section “addresses” from the section “account details” You can add as many delivery addresses as you want (e.g. your office, your summer house, your parents' house, etc.) and select the one you are interested in when placing your order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Transport will be carried out by the company SEUR, which will provide door-to-door service within a period of between 3 and 7 days from our shipping confirmation. Once the order leaves our warehouses, you will receive an email notifying you that the order has been accepted and is being shipped.

Local and national holidays may affect the delivery of orders.

You can track the status of your orders through “My Orders” in the shipping company area.

How will I receive my order?

When your order is delivered, you must check that everything is as requested. If there is any discrepancy or problem with the order, please contact us at the email address hello@sembrao.es, providing us with your order number.

RETURNS

Incidents due to damage or error. If at any time during the trip there is an incident and the package does not arrive in perfect condition, please notify us.

In the event that, once you have received the package, you realize that a product is damaged, damaged, broken or is different from what you ordered, even if it arrives partially, please contact us as soon as possible at hola[@]sembrao.es

It is important that you keep both the packaging and the products and take photos to assess any possible damage (photos of the labelling, the outer packaging and the inside of the package).

Order Tracking

Once you complete your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. Our standard delivery time is between 3 and 7 days due to our handcrafted production on demand.

Order Cancellation. 

Unfortunately, it is not generally possible to cancel an already confirmed order. However, at SEMBRAO LAB SL we will try to satisfy your requests as far as possible, so do not hesitate to write to us at hola@sembrao.es

Order Return or Refund.

According to the provisions of article 103, section d), of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to "the supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly". Sembrao Creams are a handmade product with a short expiration date, hence it is not possible to exercise the withdrawal in this case.
